Next Shred Challenge STARTS JAN 16
Nutrition Overview Video – learn about: protein, carbs, and fats; how to eat a balanced diet; what foods to avoid; and the rules of our challenge.
Weigh Ins– in towners can stop by our gym to weigh in on Friday, January January 13 or Saturday, January 14. Out of towners will be provided with a way to submit their starting weight and measurements for accountability.
Private Facebook Group – nothing helps you stay motivated like a community of like-minded individuals. Members post their successes, their struggles, questions, recipes and other their ideas to help you stay on track.
Weekly Email Series – Each week of the challenge you’ll receive 3 emails from 915 Sports to keep you committed. Topics will range from goal setting, to meal prepping ideas, nutrition information and more.
