Due to the move into our new location, WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING KIDS CLASSES (5-12) . However, our teen weightlifting (Ages 13-17) will still continue. See below:
Every teen that enrolls in our “Teen Weightlifting” begins their training with an 8 week introductory series. All weight lifting is done under the supervision of a coach in a safe environment. Proper form is always emphasized over total weight lifted. After 8 weeks our teens programs become more individualized based on their goals, and weaknesses.
This program is perfect for young athletes looking to get an edge over their competition or teens who don’t play sports, but still want to learn a new sport or train like an athlete.
Our classes also incorporate high intensity training, plyometrics and agility work for conditioning. Teens will not only improve in their strength, stamina, and endurance though, they will also learn healthy habits about nutrition and recovery for athletes.
