What do you recommend for nutrition?

We believe that athletes should learn how to eat not just given a template.  This will allow for better choices when you find yourself unable to follow the exact template.

How much are memberships?

Memberships range from

Sweat 60 $249 for the 60 days

Are there contracts associated with memberships?

At 915 Sports there are no long term contracts. Our programs simply start with a 3-month commitment. Just enough time to get some results, get to know our community, and decide if our gym is a fit for you. After your first three months, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. 

How do I pick a personal trainer?

Easy.  We’ll help.  Schedule a free intro session with our staff and based on your schedule, goals, and preferences we can help recommend the perfect fit. Contact us here.

Are you beginner friendly?

Absolutely. We are well known for our all-inclusive atmosphere and coaching.  Most of our coaches have been coaching for many years and have the experience to help both beginners and seasoned athletes.  All programs are scalable to your individual fitness levels.  If you’re concerned with what you can’t do, don’t worry, we will focus on what you CAN do. It’s our job to help modify, as needed, and to help you get to your goals- all you need to do is show up!

How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellations must be done in person with a signature on file.  Please visit us during office hours to take care of this.
